Pre-Orders

We're excited to announce our pre-order campaign, offering you a chance to secure your favorite Anthroxville artwork at an exclusive discount.

Duration: Our pre-order campaign is running until November 28th, 2024. All orders placed during this period will be dispatched to customers on this date.

Pricing and Payment: During the pre-order period, you'll enjoy a 30% discount on your entire order. Please note that full (discounted) payment will be taken at the point of order, even though the items won't ship until November 28th, 2024.

How it works:

  1. Place your order before November 28th, 2024.
  2. Your payment will be processed immediately, securing your 30% discount.
  3. All pre-orders will be dispatched on November 28th, 2024.
  4. Track your order once it is sent out as it makes its way to you.

After the Campaign: Once the pre-order campaign concludes, our pricing will revert to normal:

  • Regular pricing will apply to all new orders.
  • Standard shipping rates will resume (see our shipping chart for details).
  • Orders will be processed and shipped according to our regular timeframes (typically 1-2 business days for dispatch).

 

Please note that our standard return policy applies to pre-order items once they've been delivered.

 

Packaging

All orders are carefully wrapped in a secure and protective casing, ensuring it's safe delivery in perfect condition. Although we aspire to the highest standards possible, we are aware that accidents do unfortunately occur. On these rare occasions where our prints are damaged in transit, we will fix you up with a replacement as soon as possible that is shipped out as a matter of priority.

 

Tracking

We currently offer free worldwide shipping* for all our deliveries. All art is dispatched using tracked mail.

 

Delivery

We create all items to order from our state-of-the-art printing labs located in over 30 countries, including the US, UK, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Japan, and Singapore. Approximate dispatch times are within 1 - 2 business days.

Returns

We aren't total roughnecks or bandits (for the most part), so if you're not completely thrilled with your purchase, we offer free returns for up to 30 days after the delivery date shown on the tracking information.

All prints must be returned in their original condition without damage or alteration. If the print arrives damaged, we may not be able to issue the refund, so please take extra care when repackaging it for shipment.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@anthroxville.com or on our contact page with your receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will let you know where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is accepted, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. This may take up to 14 days to be processed. Please also be aware that banks and credit card companies may also take time to process the credit. 

 

 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your print is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item. We ask that you include relevant photos (not the other kind) so we can assess the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

 

 

Duties

Import duties, levies, and tariffs, are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Our global network enables us to print locally to you from within numerous countries, markets, and territories (please see above), however, in the uncommon event where charges for your order are incurred, they are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for confiscated, destroyed, or rejected shipments by customs. Please take your local customs officer hostage for more information.

 

 

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

We all strive to make sure that your order reaches you as soon as possible, however there are a number of factors outside of our control which could delay delivery, such as:

 

  • Mistyepd or incorrectly formatted address
  • Failed delivery attempts (i.e. no one home to receive the order)
  • Customs and import restrictions
  • Postal strikes
  • Other adverse conditions (such as natural disasters and alien invasions)

 

If your order hasn't been delivered within the expected delivery window (please refer to chart above and allow for an additional 1 - 2 days for processing), and/or your tracking code is not working, please contact us at hello@anthroxville.com or on our contact page, and we will have a member of our team look into the problem.

Occasionally, orders do simply get lost in the mail, and in such an event that your order is not received within 30 days of purchasing, we'll send you a replacement. Please note, however, that we do not offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address.
